Because many of our products are personalized and made especially for you, customized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.
If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the item. We will make this our first priority to get your item corrected and resent.
Non-personalized items may be eligible for return if they are unused in their original condition, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Please double check all names, dates, spelling, colors, sizes and personalization details before submitting your order. Once production has begun, personalized orders may not be changed or canceled.
